Christmas is almost here, and if you’re looking for last-minute gifts for your Paleo friends, I made this list just for you!

It’s pretty easy to please us Paleo lovers on Christmas. We’ll take anything that makes cooking from scratch easier. We’ll also appreciate any and all natural wholesome foods and beauty products. In addition, we appreciate a good read whether it’s about the science of nutrition or a collection of great Paleo recipes.

All of these products are available through Amazon Prime, so you can still order them before Christmas!

So, without further ado, here is the perfect Paleo Holiday Gift List:

1. Instant Pot 7-in-1 Cooker

Instant Pot

This amazing cooker is at the top of my list, I only wish someone would get me one! Hell, maybe I’ll just go to the store one day and treat myself.

For only $124.99 this cooker combines a pressure cooker, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, saute/browning, yogurt maker, steamer, and warmer all in one pot. It will make cooking just about anything infinitely quicker than if you used any other method. I heard the flavors all come out very rich and bright (unlike regular crockpots). Additionally, the Instant Pot makes the most. amazing. bone broth.

2. Misfit Activity Tracker

Misfit Flash

Let’s be real, there are dozens of different fitness trackers on the market, ranging from cheap to unreasonable. But we Paleo lovers prefer simple things that serve a good purpose.

I’ve tried a few trackers myself, and found that the Misfit trackers (they have different versions; some are more sporty, while others are elegant) do the same things that a fancy Fitbit would do, but without the unreasonable price tag. This tracker will track your activities, whether it’s running, yoga or cross fit. It will also track your sleeping patterns, satisfying that health-control freak that hides in all of us.

3. Vegetable Spiralizer

Vegetable Spiralizer

Your Paleo friends will love making “spaghetti” and “fettuccine” out of vegetables! This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. Since wheat is a no-no on Paleo, many of us have to say good-bye to our favorite Italian food and pasta dishes. But with the vegetable spiralizer, we can make noodles out of veggies for a delicious guilt-free meal. This is a very cheap gift with a lot of value.

4. Kombucha Starter Kit

Kombucha kit

Kombucha is an amazing fermented tea beverage that has many health benefits and is a favorite among anyone who is Paleo. We love kombucha for it’s range of flavors and for its health benefits, such as: detoxification, gut health, depression reduction, increased immune function, and many others…

But there’s one problem with kombucha: it’s pricey.

So a home brewing kombucha kit is a perfect addition to anyone’s Paleo kitchen. This one comes with the SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony Of Bacteria and Yeast), a big glass fermenting jar, and even some tea to get your Paleo friend started on their amazing kombucha brewing journey.

5. The Real Paleo Diet Cookbook

The Real Paleo Cookbook

This was the first Paleo cookbook I ever bought, and in addition to some great recipes it comes with a few chapters on the basics and pillars of the Paleo diet. It’s written by Dr. Loren Cordain, the creator of the Paleo movement, who is an expert in evolutionary medicine. So you know. It’s the real deal.

As a newbie, I learned everything I needed to know about the Paleo diet, and honestly, some die-hard Paleo people might learn a few new things from this book, too. Like did you know that salt isn’t part of the Paleo diet? This book is a great resource for anyone interested in mastering the original Paleo diet.

6. The Primal Connection Book

The Primal Connection

The Primal Connection: Follow Your Genetic Blueprint to Health and Happiness
by Mark Sisson is a great read for someone who already mastered their Paleo diet, and is ready to take the next step towards a more simplified mentality and overall natural lifestyle.
